In case of a refund due to an erroneous transaction or cancellation, the amount paid for a recharge and other product will be refunded via cheque or direct credit as per the policy of the service provider that you have chosen to buy the product from. For recharges, the refund will be processed through direct credit to your account which was used to make the payment.
